I’ve visited several times and have always been happy with my haircuts! On one occasion, a miscommunication led to my hair turning out darker than I wanted, but they handled it wonderfully. They provided a lightening shampoo, gave me a refund, and discussed options for reaching my desired color in the future. My recent experience with Shoreh was especially wonderful, she was incredibly kind and empowering. I was struggling with brassy tones, and she took the time to explain a range of solutions. Even though I opted for the less effective option, she still achieved beautiful results!
