What is Rodney Wayne Rewards?

Rodney Wayne Rewards is our national reward programme across participating Rodney Wayne salons and Shampoo ‘n’ Things stores, where you can:

  • Earn points on your purchases
  • Get special member-only products and discounts
  • Be inspired with hair styling tips and new season trends
How do I join Rodney Wayne Rewards?

It’s easy, just ask a team member when you’re next in a participating Rodney Wayne salon or Shampoo ‘n’ Things store.

How does it work?

You earn 4 points for every $100 you spend on retail products and 3 points for every $100 you spend on services or gift vouchers at a participating Rodney Wayne salon or Shampoo ‘n’ Things store. Once you have 10 points you’ll get a $10 reward to use on products or services.

Do I get other special discounts with my Rodney Wayne Rewards membership?

From time-to-time we’ll offer Rodney Wayne Rewards members special member-only products and discounts. We’ll let you know about these by email, so make sure we have permission to email you.

How do I earn points?

Just tell a team member your name and phone number and/or email address whenever you buy something and they’ll look you up in the system.

How can I find out how many points I have?
  • You can ask a team member at any participating Rodney Wayne or Shampoo ‘n’ Things store
  • Your receipts will have the points balance on it
  • Your points balance will also appear on most communications you receive from Rodney Wayne Rewards
Do points expire?

Rodney Wayne Rewards points will expire 12 months from the date you earn them.

How will I know when my points expire?

Team members at participating Rodney Wayne salons or Shampoo ‘n’ Things stores can let you know when your points will expire. We’ll also send you email reminders 8 weeks before any points expire, so make sure we have your email address.

If I reach 10 points, can I use them the same day that I earn them?

Yes, you can use your points for a discount in another separate transaction later on the same day.

Where can I redeem my $10 rewards?

At any participating Rodney Wayne salon or Shampoo ‘n’ Things store.

Can I save up my $10 rewards?

Yes, you can choose to save up your $10 rewards and use more than one in a single transaction.

Can I gift points/rewards to someone else?

No, you can’t gift your points and rewards, they’re to thank you as an individual member.

How do I change my details?

You can update your details in-store, or call your local Rodney Wayne salon or Shampoo ‘n’ Things store.

Can I share my membership or have multiple people on my membership (e.g. my daughter)?

No. At this stage you can have only one person per membership. Family members can create their own membership free of charge.

How do I get emails/texts from Rodney Wayne Rewards?

Make sure you have opted in to receive marketing communications. You can ask a team member to check this for you.

How do I opt out of emails/texts?

You can ask a team member to update your marketing communication preferences in-store, and all emails will include an unsubscribe link.
