I had such a wonderful experience with DG! This was my first time trying a new colour completely out of my comfort zone, and I was honestly a bit nervous but he listened so carefully to my idea, understood exactly what I wanted, and achieved the colour and the hair cut perfectly. My ideas was a stylish hair cut which shows the peek a boo colour in a elegant way.

Dinesh has brilliantly cut my hair for 6 years now! Every time I visit him, I have a complete transformation not only my hair, but my life too.
He is my favourite hairdresser for many reasons.

A huge shout out to DJ!!! I got a haircut at another salon the day after my wedding (yesterday afternoon) as I wanted to have it cut to shoulder length before the honeymoon. That hairdresser absolutely botched it and for the first time ever I felt too embarrassed and self conscious to even leave the hotel (see photos for the literal chunks on my hair). However DJ saved me! I was able to book at an appointment with him the first thing the next day, before I took off on my honeymoon. He was so kind and did not make feel judged or ashamed of my hair at all. He had a good chat about how I wanted my hair to look, supposed to how it could be fixed! (A massive green flag) I cannot thank him enough for how much he was able to smooth out those chunks the last hairdresser had given me. He did training in Singapore, giving him world class training and experience. He is the most friendly person and my hero! Looking at the photos, it almost looks like photoshop, but that was entirely his work! The cut which included a wash and dry, was only $136 total!

Took my daughter in for a haircut today (walk-in). The environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful.
DJ was so wonderful. He was kind, listened to what my daughter wanted, treated her so well and generally just went above and beyond to give her a wonderful experience. The haircut is gorgeous and her hair looks so great after the treatment he also did. Thank you so much.

Amazing service, was so happy with my cut & style. I was so lucky to get in last minute as a walk in just before a concert in wellies. I don’t let many people colour my hair as I’m extremely fussy . Rodney Wayne in Manners mall didn’t let me down especially Dinesh.
He knew what he was doing provided great suggestions & with a huge amount of experience I was certainly was at ease.
The colour came out amazing I’ll be back again.

I was visiting wellington for just 2 days and didn’t have an appointment but I called last minute & Suranji was very accommodating. I managed to get an appointment immediately. I was so happy to pay for my hair cut because Suranji gave me the most beautiful haircut I have had in a long time. She was so patient and helped me decide on what cut would suit my hair type which have greatly helped me in managing my thick hair now. I am not from wellington so don’t know when I’ll be going back to you guys next. But I’m definitely gonna recommend people to try this hair salon. I even got a head massage and a proper blow dry during the service. Such a clean job. Just loved it! THANK YOU.

Dinesh is a very experienced hair stylist, who is great with hair cut, colour and blow wave. Love the layers, which are adding much needed fullness and body! I've had many compliments from friends and family, especially after I also had my hair coloured. The products they use are top quality. Highly recommend.

I went into this haircut after being very unwell, having been in hospital (not from anything contagious, just some health issues I’m experiencing at the moment severely affected me this past week). I haven’t had the physical strength to shower long enough to wash my hair myself, so I hadn’t washed my hair in over a week, and I figured I was due for a haircut too so I decided to come to this place because they take walk in appointments.
It has been really difficult to be happy over the past week with my health getting worse, but when Suranji showed me the final look, I actually smiled because I was so happy with how the haircut and styling looked, and I felt like myself again. This hair wash, cut and style meant so much to me, so I want to thank Suranji so much for doing her magic on my hair! It really cheered me up from being in such a dark space.
Suranji was very kind, and seemed very knowledgeable about hair and what I need to do to take care of my hair, which was much appreciated advice. I always appreciate when I am recommended products too, but I didn’t feel pressured to actually buy everything she recommended which was nice. I ended up buying a hair mask which will hopefully help with my dry hair.
Would highly recommend getting a haircut from Suranji if you can. I am thoroughly impressed by the care taken in every part of my appointment, even down to offering me some tea after I got my hair washed.

I've been going to Suranji for my hair for about a year now and she is amazing!!! 😍 Love the way she does my hair, colour, cut or blow dry, always looks great and love it! She is highly experienced, knows a lot about hair (which of course I love), and puts a lot of effort and time into her work. I would highly recommend Suranji if you want any of these treatments! The customer service here is exceptional, especially from the owner Dinesh, he is always very friendly and welcoming and always has a smile on his face!

I didn’t have an appointment but they were very accomodating and I managed to get services immediately. I was so happy to pay what I did because Suranji gave me the most beautiful haircut I have had in a long time. She was so patient and helped me decide on treatments and shampoos which have greatly helped my hair. I will definitely be back!

Dinesh is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I really want to point out the fact that his attention to detail and focus he has each time he has done my hair (3 times in the space of a year), has been incredible. I have a lot of hair, and he has the patience of a saint. He has a lot of pride in his work, as he should, because I’ve loved the result each time. To top it off, he is literally the nicest person and really knows his stuff, when it comes to explaining anything, from colour, style to products. Love these guys! I’ve been going here a for a few years now and Ra has gone from strength to strength. My latest colour (pictured) is an absolute dream, not only is the colour great but Ra made sure to do it in a way that complements my skin tone and lifts my whole appearance. Always amazing service from the whole team, I’m so glad to have found them! Highly recommended.
