I’m not one to generally post reviews - but today’s haircut was phenomenal and begs for an exception to this. Everyone was super professional and sweet throughout the process and perfectly honest, knowing what was best for my hair and helping me achieve my goal look without risking my hair revolting and going against the goal. Excellent service! The stylist was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. I'm very happy with my haircut—clean, stylish, and exactly how I imagined. Highly recommend!
Best service and outcome! Literally came in for a last minute, unscheduled Cut and Colour. Team had me booked in to come back 15 minutes after first walking in. Went to Synergy first but was made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking about booking an appointment, so glad that didn't work out based on their attitudes.
Kris and the girls had me sorted! My hair hasn't felt this healthy in years! Gave me better results than I even expected being so last minute, and without having any picture references or clear decisions around what I wanted.

Kris is skilled and really understands his craft. He asks questions, listens carefully and clearly explains everything before starting, which I really appreciate. I like that he takes the time to focus on quality and getting the best result. I drive out from Welly just to have my hair done by Kris, and that shows how much I value his work. I’ll happily keep coming back as long as things stay this way. Also, thanks to Wendy for her great support and communication.

Walked in off the street and was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes with hairstylist @ KRIS. He did exactly what I asked for and did an amazing job.

Okay but INDIKA!! Deserves a raise!! I went in with the most atrocious hair and i mean ATROCIOUS ! It was serverly damaged had dead ends, super thick , uneven and just a wreck! Indika brought my hair back to life with a deep condition, cut and straightened it he made my hair healthy and shiny again! I had to hold back my tears of happiness when i seen the final result!!! I cant thank him enough and ever so grateful for his awesome work!!
Priya was so lovely! I came in not sure on what I wanted. But wanted to go lighter, Priya let me know what she would do and what treatments would be suitable as I had such dry/damaged hair. I left with a beautiful cut and lighter healthier hair! Definitely coming back! Thank you Priya you are honestly amazing!!
