Had the best experience ever and would highly recommend to my friends and family! Customer service blew me away. I was only walking past and just happened to pop in to explore what they offer, from their products to prices range and they indeed delivered!! The lovely Sophia was my stylist. Love love love her service and the consultation we had beforehand. Explained everything clearly and in detail that any other client would want. She knows her work and she does doing. I'd definitely be back and ask for her!! Her coworkers last night for late night were all so amazing too and sorry I didn't catch their names but they were so welcoming, helpful and caring.Been to a couple salons but this one "Rodney Wayne" at Riccarton mall tops my list!Lots of love and respect Sophia and your Riccarton team!One satisfied and happy customer hereee: Revival xoxo

I came in yesterday wanting help with a shampoo & oil and had a great experience. Had a genuine customer service experience from a man with long hair, he was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the entire Kerastase range. Ended up with a shampoo based on his recommendation and couldn’t be happier with how my hair feels after washing! Lovely service and brand knowledge

A wonderful experience!I’ve tried a few different salons but this is one I would go back to. Anna was great, she talked me through what I wanted and how she would bring that to life! I felt like we were on the same page. Very friendly and easy to talk to.I left feeling very pampered and happy with my new hair! I really appreciated the tips she gave me to curl my hair at home too.Will definitely be going back!
