I came in this Afternoon with my friend who was getting her hair done. The lady at reception was so lovely and accomodating. The customer service was the best i've ever had and I wasn't even the one getting any services done. The lady who did my friends hair was Sonali, she was also so lovely and very attentive and helpful during the consultation and the entire process. My friend's hair came out amazing and even better than she could have ever expected. I will 100% be back in at some point to get my hair done and would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!! 10/10

Love sonali and the whole team at Rodney Wayne lambton quay. Sonali has gone above and beyond with the service and my hair. Also, provided related advice so that my hair does not get further damage in the process of my highlights. She understood my vision and what I wanted. I had my hair cut from long to short at Rodney Wayne Lambton Quay in preparation for starting chemotherapy next week. As a previous hairdresser with 25 years of experience, I can confidently say they did a fantastic job on the cut — precise, flattering, and beautifully done. But what meant even more to me was the compassion and kindness they showed throughout the appointment.

I was emotional and in tears the entire time, and the team handled it with such care, patience, and empathy. They created a safe, understanding space for me during what was a very difficult moment. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and humanity. Thank you so much — you made a tough day just a little bit easier.

Just had the best cut of my life done by Andrew here today. I was a bit sceptical as RW was the only place I could get a same-day booking, but the staff were very professional, accommodating and great at their job! I was nervous as I was going from longish hair (30cm) to short hair with a completely different style but Andrew walked me through exactly what he was going to do and why - and he absolutely nailed it.
