So I came here today to be a model for the gorgeous anna , who was assisted by the amazing isaac (highly recommend getting in with this guy.) Now im a hairdressers daughter and no stanger to being a model for learners ... with mixed results and today was an exceptional experience, I walked in with major re-growth and with more than ginger tinge , walked out with gorgeous blonde locks , I honestly couldn't say enough about the place , the staff are all super friendly , and treat you like a queen , the manager is super down to earth and is just excellent with the trainees and customers. highly recommend any of the staff here , i got to see quite a few other customers getting thier hair done , and i dont think anyone could have left being disappointed at all , learners and the more experienced are all top notch staff , I think the manager should be super proud of herself for running such an outstanding establishment x highly recommend they add they're own b4 and after pictures to this as I dont do it justice x

I'm going to be honest, they are constantly missing the mark. I usually go every 6 months but the last 2 times has just been nothing like I asked for, you can tell they over book because half way through they try to rush like my last hair cut and pretty much destroyed my hair with the cut she gave me, ended up having 3 different people touch my head and was left disappointed. you could tell she was the senior stylist but you could tell she was did not do what i asked for. will not be returning again

So glad to have found Isaac who cut my curly Asian hair (yes, it exists) exquisitely. I had a haircut and blowdry and style. Isaac was meticulous with his questions beforehand, and I felt like he really listened to my answers. I sometimes find hairdressers to be intimidating, but not Isaac. He gave me lots of handy information and hints about my hair, and he actually said a few things that made me more understanding and accepting of the fact that I'm not going to have supermodel glossy waves.
All the staff here are ultra lovely too. I felt pampered when two of them were doing my style and blowdry, and the product they used was spot-on. The reason I initially booked was that I tried getting an appointment as a walk-in last year but they didn't have any availability, and were super gracious about it.

Today I visited Rodney Wayne St Lukes. It's not my first visit to a Rodney Wayne store but it was my first visit to the St Lukes Salon. From the moment I walked in everyone made me feel very special. The manager at the front was delightful welcoming me into the store. Jassy was my hairdresser and she was fabulous!!! She really listened to me (I wanted a half head of foil highlights) I showed her my photos of inspiration and we talked at length about what would work on MY hair. She even called the manager over from the front to collaborate with us to make sure we were all on the same page before starting. There were no suprises when it came to paying because they talked that all through with me during the consultation. All of the staff were super friendly and kept checking on me. The wash station was an amazing experience and I nearly fell asleep the lady's hands were magic (sorry I don't know her name).I walked out of the salon feeling very happy with my colour. Thank you Jassy and Rodney Wayne St Lukes. The best service I have had in a long time. I will be back.
Rodney Wayne (St Lukes branch) has been a comfortable and welcoming salon for me for a couple of years now. I always leave completely satisfied and pleased with the cut, colour and "finished product". Issac, Tina, and Supa are so welcoming and friendly and are amazing at their craft. Thoroughly recommend them as colourists and stylists! 🙂

Me and my wife customer experience was absolutely amazing! The best so far in any hair salon. Special thanks to Marguerita, who really go the extra mile to make it a great experience with her transparentand honest consultation for the products. She didn't sound pushy being a front person/salesperson. Although she was so knowledgeable and informative throughout the process and with 100% satisfaction, we convinced to go with her recommendation.

I had the best experience at Rodney Wayne Hair Salon with Khadija! She gave me the most beautiful blowout wave and left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and perfect. I LOVE IT HERE! I first came as a treat to myself but ended up being a repetitive customer every 8wks or so. I visited the Salon, and was nervous as I hadn't been with a new stylist in a long time. Jassy looked after me and was very thorough in my consultation and colour matching! The overall colour turned out amazing, and my cut and style was wonderful. I wasn't 100% sure weather I was a lil too light in the front, and with no problem at all, Jassy added in a little bit more of the dark (at 5:45, 15 min before they closed!!!) With no stress or frustration at all and was more than happy - There was no way she was letting me leave not 100% satisfied! It turned out exactly how I wanted it! Thank you so much, Jassy & team! I love coming into this place after a tough week at work for a pamper and a bit of self-care. The staff are lovely, the salon is clean and I know I’m going to get the best service and advice to maintain my hair.
