STYLE YOUR HOTTEST LOOKS WITH STEAMPOD 3.0 STYLING TIPS
Rodney Wayne Creative and Education Director Newton Cook explains how to achieve salon-worthy hair at home with the new Steampod 3.0 styler.
Tip number one; “For all styles, best performance is achieved by shampooing, conditioning and washing then blow-drying the hair. Then section the hair with clips before using the Steampod to style tresses to your favourite look.”
2 WAVES – for natural movement
First Wave: rotate the styler once to wrap the section of hair around the Steampod, slide the styler down the length slowly. Once done, twist the section with your fingers
Second Wave: place section in the middle of the plates. As you slide the styler down the hair, alternate tilting it towards and away from your face.
Repeat alternating each wave technique through every section of your hair.

THE S WAVE – for natural body
Section the hair, place in the middle of the plates. With arrows on the Steampod facing downwards, rotate in one direction whilst sliding the styler the length of the hair slowly. Once done, twist the section with your fingers.
Using a wide toothed comb follow the direction of the wave to finish.

GLASS HAIR – smooth hair from frizz
Section your hair, place in the middle of the plates. With arrows on the Steampod facing downwards, slide the styler the length of the hair slowly, guiding with both hands.
Keep the styler slow and close to the face to counter volume.

THE HOLLYWOOD WAVE – for glamourous, voluminous waves
Place the section of hair in the middle of the plates. With arrows on the Steampod facing downwards, wrap the section of hair around the tool and slide slowly through the length of the hair, guiding horizontally with both hands.
For more movement, alternate rotating the section under and over (towards the face and away from the face).

THE BLOW DRY LOOK – for root lift and volume from flat hair
Place section of hair in the middle of the plates. Lift the styler above the level of the scalp, and slide the styler up and away from the head. Alternate the tilt direction for a more natural blow wave look.
