All salon metals (including those foils that gave you those fabulous highlights) and paper are recycled. The proceeds go to KiwiHarvest and other charities, providing meals for Kiwis in need. Your new look is literally helping to feed people!

PLASTICS ARE UPCYCLED INTO NEW PRODUCTS

PONYTAILS ARE DISTRIBUTED TO CHARITABLE ORGANISATION FOR WIGS

Thinking of going for a dramatic chop? Ponytails are distributed to charitable organisations to create wigs for children and adults battling cancer or alopecia. To date, The Sustainable Salons community has donated over 280,000 ponytails to charities and independent wigmakers like Freedom Wigs in Dunedin.
