1. The Wella Winner Promotion (Promotion) is offered by Rodney Wayne NZ (Promoters).
2. The Promotion commences on 10 July 2023 and ends on 20 August 2023 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is available at participating Rodney Wayne and Shampoo n’ Things stores nationwide and online.
4. To qualify for a $10 Wella Gift Card, customers must purchase any two full size products or 1 gift set from the combined Wella range, Sebastian range, Nioxin range, or System Professional range in a single transaction at a participating Rodney Wayne, Shampoo ’n’ Things or Rodney Wayne Shampoo ‘n’ Things Online store.
5. There is a total of 1000 X $10 Gift Cards to be given away.
6. The $10 Wella Gift Cards can be applied to future purchases of hair products from the Wella range, Sebastian range, Nioxin range, or System Professional range at the place from which they were issued.
7. The $10 Wella Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash. If for any reason a winner does not redeem a voucher within the time period stipulated below, then the Prize will be forfeited.
8. All $10 Wella Gift Cards must be redeemed by 26 December 2023 or forfeited.
9. The Promoters may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time before the close of entry if the Promotion cannot be run as technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud and shall not be liable to any participant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
10. The Promoters cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, altered, defaced or illegible Vouchers, or incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information.
11. A Voucher is void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if it or any part of it fails any of the security checks.
