Rodney Wayne 75th Celebration Promotion – Terms & Conditions:
1. The Rodney Wayne 75th Celebration Promotion (Promotion) is offered by Rodney Wayne NZ (Promoters).
2. The Promotion commences on 9 July 2023 and ends on 16 July 2023 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is available at participating Rodney Wayne salons nationwide.
4. To qualify, customers must complete a hair coloration service at a participating Rodney Wayne salon and the customer must be signed up to Rodney Wayne Rewards with a valid email address (Qualifying Purchase) during the Promotional Period, they will receive one entry for each coloration service during the week.
5. Winners are randomly drawn from all entries received from each of the participating salons.
6. Winners will receive their $75 digital gift card via email after July 16 2023.
7. There is a total of 75 $75 Rodney Wayne digital gift cards to be won – to be used to purchase their next hair coloration at the salon where they won the prize.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If for any reason a prize winner does not redeem a digital gift cards within the time period stipulated below, then the Prize will be forfeited.
9. All $75 Rodney Wayne digital gift cards must be redeemed by 31 October 2023 or forfeited.
10. The Promoters may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time before the close of entry if the Promotion cannot be run as technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud and shall not be
liable to any participant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
11. The Promoters cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, altered, defaced or illegible Vouchers, or incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information.
12. A digital gift cards is void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if it or any part of it fails any of the security checks.
13. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance by these terms and conditions.
14. Employees of Rodney Wayne, Shampoo n’ Things and their associated companies, the agencies associated with this promotion, and participating store owners – and all immediate family members of the above are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
