Winners: The daily winners will be announced on the Rodney Wayne Official Facebook &
Instagram pages with the grand prize being announced 29th December.
Prizes: Prizes will be sent via email to the winners each Tuesday of the
promotion.

Wella Christmas Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. The Wella Christmas Promotion (Promotion) is offered Rodney Wayne NZ
(Promoters).
2. The Promotion commences on 1 December 2021 and ends on 24 December 2021
(Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is available at participating Rodney Wayne and Shampoo n’ Things
stores nationwide.
4. To qualify for both draws, customers must purchase any two full size products or 1
gift set from the combined Wella range, Sebastian range, Nioxin range, Wedo range
or System Professional range in a single transaction at a participating Rodney Wayne
or Shampoo n’ Things store and the customer must be signed up to Rodney Wayne
Rewards with a valid email address (Qualifying Purchase) during the Promotional
Period, they will receive one entry into each draw per transaction.
5. Participants win $100 Rodney Wayne Digital gift card if they are randomly drawn
from all entries received for each day of the promotion. Winners will receive their
vouchers via email the following Tuesday from when the purchase was made. The
Gorgeous Hair for a year winner will be drawn randomly from all the entries
combined from the whole promotional period and will be notified 29 th December
2021
6. There is a total of 25 Prizes to be won. (a) 24 $100 Rodney Wayne Digital gift cards.
To be used to purchase hair products or services online or instore at Rodney Wayne
or Shampoo n Things (b) 1 Prize of 9 Shampoo, Shape and Finish services valued up
to $120 each $1080 in total to be used in 2022 approximately every 5 weeks.
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If for
any reason a prize winner does not redeem a voucher within the time period
stipulated below, then the Prize will be forfeited.
8. All $100 Rodney Wayne Vouchers must be redeemed by 31 March 2022 or forfeited.
9. The Promoters may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these
terms and conditions at any time before the close of entry if the Promotion cannot
be run as technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud and shall not be
liable to any participant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
10. The Promoters cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, altered, defaced or
illegible Vouchers, or incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information.
11. A Voucher is void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or if it or
any part of it fails any of the security checks.
12. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance by these terms and conditions.
13. Employees of Wella, Rodney Wayne, Shampoo n’ Things and their associated
companies, the agencies associated with this promotion, and participating store
owners – and all immediate family members of the above are ineligible to participate
in the Promotion.
