Eligible entrants:
Entry is only open to NZ resident Rodney Wayne Rewards Members who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must comply with the following;
A: Book a hair service with Rodney Wayne for any date between 01/Jun/2023 to 31/Jun/2023
B: Booking must be made before 31/May/2023
C: Booked service must be attended and completed during the period 01/Jun/2023 to 31/Jun/2023
Each booking and service equals 1 (one) entry.
Total Prize Pool:
NZD $1040
Prize Details:
There will be four winners, selected by random draw.
1 x Winner will receive their booked colour service for FREE to the value of $500.
3 x Runner ups will receive the Kérastase haircare recommended to them by their Rodney Wayne stylist to the value of NZD $180.00.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
In the event of a cancelled booking or nonattendance at the booking the prize will be redrawn.
Winner notification:
The winners will be notified by their Rodney Wayne stylist during the booked service.
Employees of Rodney Wayne and Shampoo ‘n’ Things (and their family members) are not eligible to enter.
Draw:
The draw will take place at Rodney Wayne, Level 2, 48 Market Place, Auckland CBD 1010, New Zealand during the period; 10/05/2023 to 01/06/2023 using computerised random selection.
Rodney Wayne NZ Ltd. reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
All reasonable attempts to contact the prize winner will be made, however in the event that the prize remains unclaimed for 3 days after the prize is drawn, the prize will be forfeited and another winner chosen. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Formal ID may be required at time of redemption. Winner agrees that Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited accepts no responsibility for any injury, harm or illness caused by redemption of prize. Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited reserves the right to change or alter the rules/competition/prize at any time. The changes will be posted in these rules. In the event of any dispute regarding anything to do with the competition, the decision of Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited will be final.
No entry details will be shared with any outside company or individual. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
