1. The WIN $5000 Custom Diamond Jewellery Promotion (Promotion) is offered by Rodney Wayne NZ (Promoters).
2. The Promotion commences on 27 April 2026 and ends 11.59 pm on 21 June 2026 (Promotion Period).
3. The Promotion is available at participating Rodney Wayne salons nationwide.
4. To enter, customers must have a K-Scan, receive a colour service and make a rebooking for service at a participating Rodney Wayne salon and be a member of the Rodney Wayne Rewards Program. The Promotion does not apply to online sales.
5. There is 1 x $5000 RRP in custom diamond jewellery from Four Words Limited to be won. There are secondary prizes of 18 x $250 RRP in Kérastase haircare products to be won (one winner per participating Rodney Wayne salon)
6. Winners are drawn by random draw and notified by email.
7. Formal ID may be required at time of redemption.
8. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. The Promoters may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time before the close of entry if the Promotion cannot be run as technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud and shall not be liable to any participant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
10. In the event of any dispute regarding anything to do with the competition, the decision of the Promoters will be final.
11. Employees of Rodney Wayne, Shampoo n’ Things and their associated companies, the agencies associated with this promotion, and participating store owners – and all immediate family members of the above are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
12. No entry details will be shared with any outside company or individual. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Rodney Wayne New Zealand Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
13. The Promotion is subject to New Zealand law and not valid outside of New Zealand.
